•  A brief technical proposal describing understanding of the assignment, proposed approach, workplan, key dependencies and risk-mitigation measures.

•  Evidence of at least two relevant assignments, including the consultant’s role, client context, outputs and references or links where available.

•  CV/profile of the lead consultant and proposed team members, if applicable, highlighting relevant credit, data, field and stakeholder-management experience.

•  Availability for the full period and expected monthly professional fee/rate, inclusive of applicable taxes and excluding or clearly specifying travel and other reimbursable costs.
