Applications must include the following: 

(1)   Cover Letter

(2)   Financial proposal (fees and project expenses, separately with rationale for the same)

(3)   A Concise Technical proposal (not exceeding 20 A4 pages), which should include the following four sections:

a.     Approach and Methodology

b.     Citations of previous work in relevant areas

c.     Project Team composition and CVs of key personnel

d.     Workplan with a detailed timeline
