Expression of Interest must include the following:
- Letter of interest that details the
evaluator(s) relevant expertise and suitability
Resume(s) for all team members
Detailed fee proposal
Evaluation plan that addresses:
o Proposal of work product
o Timeline
o Team roles and responsibilities (if
applicable)
