Use of Images Policy and Release. In consideration of my attendance at, and participation in, the above-listed event, I grant Women’s World Banking and any person or entity acting with Women’s World Banking’s permission or with its authority, permission to photograph, film, videotape, or record me (“Images”) while attending the event, and to use the Images, without compensation, for any lawful purpose. I understand and agree that: Women’s World Banking may use, edit, reproduce and share the Images in any media, anywhere in the world, including in reports and publications, and on the internet and social media. I may opt out or withdraw consent and request corrections by contacting communications@womensworldbanking.org. Women’s World Banking is not required to (and may not be able to) remove Images and information that have already been used. Unless prohibited by law, data and Images may be transferred, processed, and stored in countries other than my own. I hereby release and hold harmless Women’s World Banking from any and all liability that may arise, directly or indirectly, now or in the future, in connection with such Images. I confirm that I am at least 18 years old. “Women’s World Banking” refers to Women’s World Banking, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates, Stichting to Promote Women’s World Banking, the employees, consultants, and representatives of those entities, the companies they work with, such as funders or clients, and the successors and assignees of any of the foregoing.
