Proposal Submission Guidelines

Interested firms are invited to submit a proposal that includes:

1. Technical Proposal
   • Overview of the firm’s expertise and relevant experience.
   • Approach and methodology for conducting gender-disaggregated data analytics.
   • Work plan with key deliverables and timelines.
2. Financial Proposal
   • Detailed budget breakdown, including personnel costs, tools, and other expenses.
3. Team Composition
   • Profiles of key team members, including relevant experience and qualifications.
4. Past Experience
   • Examples of similar projects undertaken, preferably in financial inclusion or gender-focused analytics.
5. References
   • Contact details of at least two past clients for whom similar work has been performed.
