The senior official must complete the application: 
* Once accepted, each senior official participant will confirm their high-potential woman leader nominee.

Senior official applicant eligibility
You must be:
    • An Executive, Deputy Governor or Senior Official from a central bank or other financial regulatory agency (e.g. banking, insurance, microfinance, pensions, etc.) in an emerging market;
or
    • Part of an executive/senior management team or lead a regulatory division
Eligibility for both participants

Senior officials and selected high-potential women leader participants must:

    • Commit to the program dates, including all virtual touchpoints, travel to the UK for an in-person workshop in Oxford, England

    • Develop and implement of a gender-inclusive policy
    • Be proficient in written and spoken English

Program Costs:

Fee: USD 8,000

The program fee includes participation for a team of two participants (senior official and high-potential woman leader) from your institution and covers tuition and course materials, executive coaching for senior officials, expert advisory and engagement in all peer activities. It also includes accommodation and most meals for the in-person week at Oxford, England. 


Participants must cover all travel to Oxford, England, and incidental expenses, such as flights, ground transportation, visas, insurance, some meals, additional room nights, etc.


Limited scholarships are available. If you are eligible for a scholarship, we will let you know on review of your application. (First reviews will take place early November)

Instructions for completing this application:

  1. The application must be completed by the senior official participant requesting admission to the program and include the name of the high-potential woman leader they are sponsoring  (to be confirmed pending acceptance into the program)
  2. Please answer "Not Applicable" where data is not available.
  3. The application should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
  4. Limited spots are available.
  5. Only completed applications will be considered.

V. Criteria for Selection of a Woman Leader
Each senior official is required to nominate one high-potential woman leader from their organization to attend the Program. The senior official also commits to a minimum one-year sponsorship relationship with her or his nominee.  

Eligibility criteria for your selecting your high-potential woman leader:
    • Mid-level professional (5-10 years of experience)
    • Regarded as “high potential” and is a key contributor to the institution
    • Capable of being promoted to the next level of leadership or broadening their role significantly
    • Has demonstrated the ability to lead people in the organization
    • Motivated to take on new leadership challenges and opportunities
    • People managers preferred but not required
    • English proficiency
    • Able to work with the senior official participant from their institution on the Women’s Financial Inclusion Initiative




Acceptance:

The Admission Committee will review your submission once applications have closed. We will update you on the contact details you provide above.

Cancellation Policy: 

Upon accepting your application, Women’s World Banking will issue an invoice. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date to retain your place. 

Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 45 days prior to the start of the program.

Should your application be successful, please confirm that you agree to complete the below actions
